HYDERABAD: The Gurudwara Saheb, Secunderabad, and Guru Nanak Charitable Trust are opening ‘Guru Nanak Medical Centre’ on the premises of Gurudwara Saheb, Secunderabad, here on Sunday. The state-of-the-art polyclinic and diagnostic centre will provide free medical treatment for the poor and needy of all religions and communities, according to the Prabhandak Committee president S. Baldev Singh Bagga and convener R.S. Saluja. Shiromani Gurudwara Prabhandak Committee president S. Avtar Singh Makwar, who is visiting the State for the first time, will inaugurate the centre. A day care medical centre has become necessary to meet the demand of people in Secunderabad and surrounding localities with the shifting of Gandhi General Hospital to Musheerabad, they said.
