Sirsa: Three persons, including a woman were booked for allegedly duping a villager of Rs.1.75 lakh here on Sunday under the pretext of sending him abroad. However, all the three accused are yet to be arrested, police said. Police registered a case of fraud and cheating against the three after the victim called Angrez Singh a resident of village Kuttabadh (Sirsa) filed a complaint with them.
