Ambulance service for animals

PALAKKAD: The animal rescue and protection unit of ‘Mrigapadham,’ an animal welfare organisation at Akathethara, has launched an ambulance service for animals. The service was inaugurated by Swamy Asheshanada of Chinmaya Tapovanam. The service will be available at anytime for taking the animals to hospitals or rescuing them. Even private individuals can use the service to take their animals to the veterinary hospital.
