Know your government

It is not uncommon for citizens to wonder what in the world their government is doing. If you have such doubts about the Central government, you can seek answers from 105 venues in Thiruvananthapuram district. The Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (I&B), has launched a 10-day awareness campaign, beginning Monday. Seminars, study classes, discussions, competitions, and ‘live entertainment programmes’ have been arranged at various venues.

Cultural programmes will be by the song and drama division of the I&B Ministry.
