Meetings against price rise

NEW DELHI: The Delhi State Committee of the Communist Party of India has held several meetings as part of its ongoing campaign to protest against the rise in prices of essential commodities.

Addressing a public meeting at Charamandi here on Tuesday, CPI national council secretary Amarjeet Kaur accused the Centre of not properly handling the situation on price rise. She also criticised the Delhi Government for not strengthening the Public Distribution System.
