Retirement benefits for lawyers

Thiruvananthapuram: Law Minister M. Vijayakumar has reportedly conceded the request by the State committee of the All India Lawyers Union to increase retirement benefit given from the Kerala Advocates Welfare Fund, from Rs.3 lakh to Rs.5 lakh. E.K. Narayanan, general secretary of the Union, said here on Tuesday. —Special Correspondent
