Shriram EPC files prospectus with SEBI

MUMBAI: Shriram EPC, a service provider of integrated design for renewable energy, has filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India to enter the capital market with its initial public offering. It proposes to issue 50 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price to be decided through a 100 per cent book-building process, says a release.
