NEW DELHI: Suman Ali scored four goals as BKSP School (Dhaka) defeated Saini Senior Secondary School (Rewari) 6-0 in a league match of the under-14 section in the Subroto Cup junior football tournament at the Ambedkar Stadium here on Tuesday.
Saddam Hussain and Sagar Hossain scored the other goals.
In another match, Green Wood Higher Secondary School, Dimapur, Nagaland, recorded a similar 6-0 triumph over Sainik School, Imphal. Tingnyok (2), Tolno, Timtoshi, Meren and Imlikokba netted the goals.
Allied Co-Educational School, Kathmandu, scored a 5-0 triumph over MP Sports College, Dehradun. Sulay Maskey (2), K.C. Rupash, Laxman Mahat and Sameer Limbu found the target. — Special Correspondent
