‘Government will fulfil all promises made’

Loans worth Rs. 103 crore have been distributed

Rs. 99-crore Singur canal project has been taken up


Sangareddy: Minister for School Education Damodar Rajnarsimha who participated in the ‘sanction letters and pension distribution’ programme under Indiramma phase two in Pulkal on Tuesday assured the people that the Government would fulfil all the promises made in phases.

Addressing a public meeting the Minister said that the Government is determined to implement all welfare programmes for the poor without any discrimination on political lines. Enlisting several development programmes taken up in the Andole constituency, Rajnarsimha said that loans worth Rs. 103 crore have been distributed on Pavala vaddi, Manjeera drinking water for villages at a cost of Rs. 15 crore and Rs. 99 crore Singur canal projects have been taken up. He assured the people who attended the programme from eight Panchayats that all basic amenities in villages would be provided by the end of third phase of Indiramma.

Medak District Collector B. Venkatesam advised the beneficiaries who received the sanction papers on Tuesday to start construction work on Vijayadasami day and complete by Ugadi. He said that pending bills under Phase one would be paid before the festival. He advised them not to make rounds to the offices and the amounts would reach their door steps. He announced that Rs. 265 crore would be disbursed to women in the district . Zilla Parishat chairman M.Balaiah, Joint collector Ramshankar Nayak also spoke.
