Two suicides

Two cases of suicides were reported in the city since Monday night. In the first case, M. Vasuki (32) hanged herself in her residence at Tallakulam following a quarrel with her husband on Monday night.

In the other incident, an auto-driver, C. Moovanden, of Kamarajarpuram, took the extreme step by consuming liquor mixed with poison. He died on the way to the Government Rajaji Hospital. — Staff Reporter
