New railway call centre

Thiruvananthapuram: The Railways have launched another passenger call centre to provide all train related information to the public. Information pertaining to reservation availability, status of reservation and train schedule can be had from telephone number 139, a railway release said. Already, the Railways have a passenger call centre functioning with telephone number 1331.

The call centre at telephone number 139 will provide in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and Kannada.

All information related to Thiruvananthapuram railway division can be had from 1331.
