The Visakhapatnam port has established an all time record on Monday in unloading of Manganese ore in bulk, in a day by discharging 13,739 tonnes from m.v. Normannia at EQ-9 berth. It surpassed its previous best discharge of 13,538 tonnes on February 25 from m.v. YONG AN-2.

M/s. Sarada Energy and Minerals Limited, Nagpur imported the cargo.

M/s. K.R. Sons (P) Ltd. was the stevedores and M/s. Seahorse Ship agencies Private Limited, the steamer agents for the above vessel.
