HYDERABAD: A Division Bench of the High Court on Tuesday ordered notices on a writ petition filed by TDP leader Tammineni Sitaram.
Mr. Sitaram had challenged the action of the Government in alienation of hills near Visakhapatnam for Knowledge City and other projects near the international airport at Hyderabad.
The petitioner complained that the tender conditions were tailor-made to suit only one company. He contended that the Government is losing thousands of crores due to unreasonable method adopted by the Government. The court adjourned the case to November and asked the respondents to file counter affidavits.
