Good response to e-service

Kancheepuram: The e-service centre opened at the Collectorate in August here has evoked a good response from the people who say the facility is of immense help, according to Collector Pradeep Yadav.

Around 2,000 people have availed themselves of the services offered and 1,839 ‘pattas’ have been issued to applicants. At present, land pattas and details regarding voters’ list and the families living below the poverty line are being provided , he said in a release.
