Labour budget for NREGP finalised

VIZIANAGARAM: The labour budget for National Rural Employment Guarantee Programme has been put at Rs.188.11 crores for 2007-08 for the district, said Project Director of District Water Management Agency S. Krishna Murty. Releasing the mandal-wise labour budget to the media, Mr. Krishna Murty said that 1,56,758 households had participated in the wage employment last year.
