ASC holds LRDE

BANGALORE: ASC held LRDE to a 1-1 draw in the Super division football league at the football stadium here on Wednesday.

LRDE took the lead with a 73rd minute strike from Satish (Jr). However with barely minutes to go for the final whistle Santosh Kumar restored parity.

LRDE halfway through the league (seven matches) has 10 points from two victories and four drawn encounters while ASC has six points from six outings (one win , three draws).

In the ‘A’ Division league played earlier, Nationals scored a 4-0 win over Universal. Robin D’Souza began the scoring in the fifth minute before Om Prakash (29th, 42nd) and Shyam Kumar (85th) completed the tally.
