Memorable moment: Infosys employee Rajesh and his wife Deepa presenting a painting to actor Mahesh Babu at their residence in Hyderabad on Wednesday. - HYDERABAD: A rarity it sure is. However, when tinsel town stars visit the houses of mere mortals, they leave behind a flood of memories. V. Rajesh had similar a experience on Wednesday when actor Mahesh Babu visited him. Rajesh, an IT professional with ‘Infy’, was the lucky winner in ‘Athithi Mahesh Bhava’ campaign launched by Thums Up. For over 30 minutes, the actor interacted with Rajesh, his wife V. Deepa and his admirers at his house in Somajiguda. “It’s a dream come true for me because I am a great fan of Mahesh Babu. I stayed up late yesterday painting this picture. I have given it to him and he has promised to take my picture home. I am very happy to meet him in person,” a visibly dazed Rajesh said. In faded ‘torn’ blue jeans, black shirt and his disarming smile, he interacted with Rajesh and his friends and was ‘coolness’ personified while fielding ticklish questions of journalists. The actor gave autographs and posed for photographs with his admirers before proceeding to BIG FM radio station. The actor donned the role of a radio jockey and hosted a show live for BIG FM, as part of his promotional campaign for the movie Athithi.
