5 students injured

TIRUCHI: A bus belonging to a private engineering college overturned at Sembattu on the city outskirts on Wednesday evening, holding up traffic on the Tiruchi-Pudukkottai Highway for over an hour. However, there was no casualty.

The bus was proceeding towards the city from the college when the front axle gave away causing its hit against a tamarind tree.

Five of the nearly fifty students in the bus were said to have sustained minor injuries.
