PUDUCHERRY: The Katterikuppam Police on Wednesday arrested a 47-year-old person for an alleged rape attempt. According to the police, accused Harikrishanan promised the girl that he would take her by car to her parents in Chennai on Monday. But he drove to his house and tried to rape her. The girl escaped and lodged a police complaint.
