CHANDIGARH: Haryana Governor A.R. Kidwai on Thursday released a book titled “The Strawberry Sun and other poems” authored by Manjit Kaur, a senior lecturer at the Government College for Girls in Sector 42 here, at the Haryana Raj Bhavan. Dr. Kidwai congratulated Ms. Kaur for her contribution to English literature. He said her work showed that she had the ability to master the language and produce good poems. The book, a collection of 49 poems, reflects the human mind or psyche beset by fear, doubts and dilemmas and the need to carve out a place in the outside world.
