Muzaffarnagar: Thirteen people belonging to the Dalit community, who are facing trial in the communal clash case of 2004, surrendered before a local court here on Thursday. According to the prosecution, two persons were killed and several others injured in a clash between Dalits and Muslims at Sindhawali village here on July 21, 2004. Cases were registered against people from both the communities.
