The French delegation offered consultancy services for setting up the market on international lines. Marketing hubMr. Chatha said Ganaur would become a hub for marketing of fruit, flowers and vegetables and cater to both domestic and international consumers. The new market would facilitate the marketers and the farmers alike for export of fruit, flowers and vegetables and give a major fillip to diversification of crops as it would provide a platform to the farmers to sell their produce at remunerative prices. He told the delegation that the Chief Minister was giving special thrust to promotion of industries and during the past 30 months an investment of Rs.28,000 crore had been made.
