Awareness camp conducted

Udhagamandalam: Distribution of sweaters and blankets marked the legal awareness camp organised by the Nilgiris District Legal Services Authority at the home for mentally retarded children here on Wednesday.

The District Judge, N. Authinathan, who presided over the function, said that the camp was being held to commemorate the World Mental Health Day.

Among those who participated were the Secretary of the Authority, H. Joseph David, the District Social Welfare Officer N. Thamizharasi, and the president, Nilgiri Bar Association, P. Sebastian.
