COLOMBO: Five Ministers of the Ceylon Workers Congress (CWC), who had quit the Mahinda Rajapaksa Ministry a few weeks ago following differences, were back in the Government on Thursday. The leader of the CWC, Arumugam Thondaman, was sworn in as Minister of Youth Empowerment and Socio-Economic Development by President Mahinda Rajapaksa at the Presidential Palace. Along with Mr. Thondaman, four other Deputy Ministers were administered the oath of office and secrecy. They are S. Sellasamy, Deputy Minister of Posts, Muttu Sivalingam, Deputy Minister of Estate Infrastructure, Shanmugam Jegatheeswaran, Deputy Minister of National Integration and M. Sachithanandan, Deputy Minister of Education.
