Researchers meet HRD Minister

NEW DELHI: A delegation of Delhi University’s Researchers’ Coordination Committee met Union Human Resource Development Minister Arjun Singh on Thursday to put across their various demands.

The delegation demanded immediate implementation of the fellowship scheme of the University Grants Commission. “We also raised the issue of reorganisation of the now-defunct Delhi University Researchers’ Association,” said Vipul Pachori, one of the coordinators of the Committee.
