MP clarifies on encroachment

BIDAR: Narsing Suryawanshi, MP, on Friday said that a few inches of the compound of his house was on the internal road of the KHB Colony and not on government land. He told The Hindu that he was unaware of the encroachment until the officials brought it to his notice. The encroachment had been cleared voluntarily. He made it clear that he did not make any attempt to encroach upon any land. He said, “Taking into account the compound line of my neighbour, I built the compound of my house.”
