Belgaum
Belgaum: Airtel will be adding 100 new network sites in Belgaum and Bagalkot districts. According to a release by Venkatesh V., CEO, Mobile Services, Bharti Airtel Ltd, the company was aiming to cover 90 per cent of the population of Belgaum and Bagalkot districts by March 2008. It would strengthen its distribution network in Belgaum by increasing the number of retail outlets to 8,500and the number of distributors to 300 by March 31, 2008.
