BANGALORE: Three IAS officers in the secretariats of the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister have been transferred on the very first day of Governor Rameshwar Thakur formally commencing administrative work from the Vidhana Soudha on Friday. D.V. Prasad, Secretary-1 to Chief Minister, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Department. Rakesh Singh, Secretary-2 to Chief Minister, has been transferred and posted as managing director for the Hutti Gold Mines Limited. Mr. Siddaiah, Secretary to Deputy Chief Minister, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to (Medical Education) Health and Family Welfare Department.
