Coimbatore: Mega consumer exhibition organised by Innovative Concepts India Private Limited and Coimbatore District Small Scale Industries Association (CODISSIA) was inaugurated by the City Police Commissioner, C.K. Gandhirajan at CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex in Peelamedu on Thursday.
According to the organisers, C. Muthusami, CODISSIA President, K. Ilango, Chief Co-ordinator of ICE 2007, U.C. Pande, CEO of Innovative Concepts India and E.K. Ponnuswamy, Co-ordinator of CODISSIA, the exhibition would go on till October 23.
The participants of the exhibition included international brands, corporate houses, companies and dealers from all over India who have put up 250 stalls.
The stalls have house-hold articles, automobile and automobile accessories, diamonds, jewellery, mobile phones, computers, electrical, electronic gadgets, garments, healthcare equipment, gift items, toys, furniture, knowledge based CDs and books.
Spacious parking facility and shuttle services from Avanashi Road and food courts form part of the exhibition.
To provide entertainment to the visitors dance, games, remote controlled air show, fashion show, karoke, magic show, puppet show, Miss ICE contest, wonder kids contest with light and sound are also on the cards.
