Johar, Naseef share honours

KOCHI: Spinners Yashin Johar and Mohammed Naseef grabbed four wickets each as North Zone bowled out South for 214 on the opening day of their three-day Kerala State under-19 inter-zone cricket championship match at the Nehru Stadium here on Friday.

In reply, North closed the day at 21 for two.

The scores: South 214 in 68.5 overs (Philip K. Joseph 62, Sibi Chacko 30, Yashin Johar four for 39, Mohammed Naseef four for 48) vs. North 21 for two in 8.4 overs.
