‘JD(S) ready for elections’

BASAVKALYAN: Basavakalyan MLA Mallikarjun Khooba on Friday said that Janata Dal (Secular) was ready to seek fresh mandate and expressed confidence that his party would secure majority to form a government on its own.

Mr. Khooba said that H.D. Kumaraswamy as Chief Minister had undertaken various pro-people programmes that would help the party to emerge victorious in the elections. Mr. Khooba suspected the role of the Congress in keeping the State Assembly under suspended animation.
