BHUBANESWAR: Founder administrator of Ruchika Social Service Organisation (RSSO) Lt. Col. S.S. Khurana passed away here on Saturday afternoon. Khurana (80) was undergoing treatment for multiple myloma (cancer) for the last 11 years. Till the end he was actively involved in working for the welfare of the most marginalised children of Orissa through the RSSO.
