Advocate-General resigns

BANGALORE: Advocate General (AG) Uday Holla has resigned from his post following the imposition of President’s Rule in Karnataka.

He had taken over as AG after R.N. Narasimha Murthy resigned from the post. Sources said that he had resigned soon after former Chief Minister Kumaraswamy quit. The Governor had asked Mr. Holla to continue.
