Unbeaten 152 by Jagadeesh

PALAKKAD: Ranji star V.A. Jagadeesh scored an unbeaten 152 as South Zone took the first innings lead against North on the second day of its three-dayer in the Jacob Trophy Kerala State senior inter-zone cricket championship here on Saturday.

The scores: North 284 in 100.1 overs (Vilak N. Kutty 109, Chandrasekhar 47, Santhosh Karunakaran four for 78) v South 286 for nine in 79 overs (V.A. Jagadeesh 152 n.o.). — Principal Correspondent
