Father, son acquitted of rape charges

New Delhi: A city court has acquitted three persons, including a father-son duo, of the charges of kidnapping and gang raping a woman last year. The court exonerated Bobby, his father Banwari Lal and another accused Ram Kumar, observing that facts proved that the complainant shared an intimate relationship with Bobby and had levelled charges under pressure from her husband and in-laws.
