Ex-gratia for blast victims

CHENNAI: The Dargah committee of Dargah Khwaja Sahab, Ajmer, has sanctioned Rs.1 lakh ex-gratia to the kith and kin of the two persons killed in the blast in the Ajmer shrine of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti on October 11.

The committee president, Prince of Arcot Nawab Mohammed Abdul Ali, said Rs.50,000 would be paid to the injured. The committee members strongly condemned the “barbarous and inhuman” attack that killed two and left many injured during the holy month of Ramadan. They also demanded a thorough CBI probe into the incident.
