Memorandum

BANGALORE: Praja Vimochana Chalavali, Karnataka State branch, will hold a demonstration in all district headquarters on October 16, demanding constitutional rights of reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, religious minorities and women.

The chalavali will present these demands in the form of a memorandum to Governor Rameshwar Thakur in Bangalore.
