Girl commits suicide

BANGALORE: A 17-year-old girl committed suicide in her relative’s house in Kodandaramapura in Vyalikaval police station limits on Saturday.

According to the police, the victim, Shashi, had come to the house of her brother-in-law Putte Gowda. In the night, she was found hanging from the ceiling in a room.

Preliminary investigation showed that Shashi ended her life as she was suffering from stomach pain, the police added.
