Seminar on knowledge management held

GUNTUR: Knowledge management gives competitive edge to companies involved in Research and Development, S.V. University Head of Department of Management Studies, C.S.G. Krishnamacharyulu has said.

Speaking at a workshop on ‘Knowledge Management’ held at the T.J.P.S. College here on Monday, he said that knowledge could be classified at procedural, declarative, semantic and episodic levels.

Decision making is the key in knowledge management, he added.

College Principal C. Anil Kumar was present.
