Event scheduled to attract global business leaders
HYDERABAD: TiE-ISB Connect, an exciting networking event for entrepreneurs and investors, will be held at the Indian School of Business from November 14 to 16.
Disclosing this at a press conference here recently, president of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) J.A. Chowdary said that the annual meet, which was the third in a row, would feature over 400 business plans, six new tracks and 50 venture capital firms. Global business leaders like K. Anji Reddy of Dr. Reddy’s Labs, N. Prasad of Mylon Laboratories, Verne Harish of Gazelles Inc., C. Ranga Rajan, chairman of the 12th Finance Commission, Raghu Pillai of Reliance retail, Tom Campbell of Haas School of Business, UC Berkley and N. Jayaprakash Narayan would participate in the event.
The TiE-ISB connect had lined up a series of panel discussions with lectures by industry experts in the areas of retail, life sciences, Interent, mobile, healthcare, media, entertainment and infrastructure, said V. Chandrasekhar, executive director, Wadhwani Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, ISB.
