Kakinada: I. Swetha who completed LLB course in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Law here (2002-07 batch) secured first rank, according to principal P.V. Trinath. She was earlier granted a scholarship of Rs. 10,000 by the government for securing 10th rank in LAWCET. She was felicitated at a function held at the college here on Tuesday on her achievement.
