Exhibition of SHG products inaugurated

PUDUKOTTAI: Collector D. Uthirakkumaran inaugurated the exhibition of products made by self-help groups (SHGs) at the Public Office campus here on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion, he appreciated the efforts of the women members of the SHGs in producing quality products. He also appealed to the people to patronise the products which were not only low-priced but also hygienic.

The exhibition, organised by the District Supply and Marketing Society, will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. till October 20, according to S. Sathyaseelan, Secretary of the Society.
