Date extended: The last date for submitting applications for admission to all P.G. diploma, P.G. courses and the BLISC course of the Institute of Distance Education has been extended to October 31. The applications for all courses can be submitted till October 31 with a late fee of Rs.100.

Viva voce: The viva of the fourth semester M.A. English examinations will beheld at Government College for Women on October 23 and 24; at FMN College, Kollam, on October 25 and 26; at S.D. College, Alappuzha on October27; and at NSS College, Pandalam, on October 29. The detailed time table is available at the examination centres. The examinations will begin at 9.30 a.m.

Arabic viva: The viva of the final M.A. Arabic examinations will be held from10 a.m. on October 23 at the Department of Arabic.

Project: The projects of the students of second year M.A. political science at IDE will be accepted till October 19.

M.A. history: The internal marks of the students of first year M.A. history examinations have been published. Complaints will be accepted till Octobe22.

P.G. certificate: Classes for the P.G. certificate course in medical and psychiatric social work offered by the CACEE will begin on October 28. There are a few vacancies for this course and applications will be accepted till October 27. Further details can be had from the CACEE.

Refresher course: The refresher course in Hindi scheduled at the Academic Staff College from October 17 to November 7 will now be held from February8, 2008 to February 29. Applications can still be given.

Refresher course: Applications have been invited for the refresher course in political science at the Academic Staff College from November 5 to 26. The last date for applying is October 27. The application form can be had from the web site www.ugcasc.keralauniversity.edu.
