PUDUCHERRY: Supporters of Congress MLA from Oulgaret A.Namassivayam on Tuesday staged road-roko at Arumbarthapuram here on Tuesday. They staged a demonstration before the Assembly protesting against the removal of a hoarding put up by them. The 25-ft hoarding bearing the picture of Mr. Namassivayam was removed from a site near the Arumbarthapuram railway gate last night. The MLA’s supporters lodged a complaint with Villianur police. Action soughtThey urged the Government to take action against the “miscreants” who had removed the hoarding.
