COMED-K to hold PGET on January 27

BANGALORE: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K) will conduct a Post Graduate Entrance Test (COMED-K PGET 2008) on January 27, 2008, for admission to courses offered by colleges attached to the Karnataka Private Medical and Dental Colleges Association and the Karnataka Unaided Private Engineering Colleges’ Association. The entrance test, which will facilitate selection of candidates on merit, will be followed by publication of test scores and rank list, and centralised counselling through the single-window system. The details of the counselling arrangements will be published later on the COMEDK website ( www.comedk.org). According to the COMED-K PGET-2008 Calendar of Events, the application forms for the entrance test will be issued from November 26, 2007. The last date for receipt of application forms is January 5. A formal notification on the test would be issued in all newspapers and put on the COMED-K website during the second week of November 2007.
