Settlement boys enter semifinals

KOCHI: Settlement School, Aluva and Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara entered the boys’ semifinals of the 17th P.L. Lawrence memorial inter-school basketball tournament at the Fort Kochi YMCA on Wednesday.

The results (quarterfinals): Boys: Settlement, Aluva bt Rajagiri HS, Kalamassery 59-49.

Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara bt Chinmaya, Vaduthala 41-12.

Girls: Chinmaya, Vaduthala bt Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Girinagar 26-16.
