SFI bags MG University union

KOCHI: Representatives of the Students Federation of India (SFI) won majority of the seats in the union elections held in various colleges affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University here on Thursday. SFI claimed that they won all seats in 13 out of the 20 colleges where elections were held. Out of the 32 seats for University union councillors, the federation won 29 seats. Kerala Students Union, All India Students Federation and Muslim Students Federation bagged one seat each. — Staff Reporter
