ANANTAPUR: About 475 physically and mentally challenged persons from Penukonda revenue division were examined and issued medical certificates at a special camp organised here on Thursday. Those having white ration card, below poverty line families, were provided lunch and were paid travel expenses. Many physically and mentally challenged were tested and issued medical certificates. -Staff Reporter
