NELLORE: After more than 12 years of long wait, works pertaining to International Leather Complex at Krishnapatnam will finally commence in December.
Besides, construction of the state-of-the-art leather complex, which will come up on a 360-acres of plot at Krishnapatnam, will be completed within two years. Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Limited (APGenco) will set aside 237 acres of land while Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) will allocate 123 acres land for the project.
Leather Industry Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh (Lidcap) will be a nodal agency while CLRI will be a primary consultant for the project.
