A reception was accorded to Mrs. Durgabai Deshmukh, Chairman, All-India Social Welfare Board, who arrived in Kozhikode on October 14 by the District Project Implementation Committee and various women’s organisations in Kozhikode like the All-India Women’s Conference, Guild of Service, Women’s Indian Association, Gujarati Women’s Association and Kasturba Mahila Samaj.
